Many iPhone and iPad users complain that after installing iOS 13.2 and iPadOS 13.2, applications often began to be unloaded from RAM.
Problems are observed both with built-in programs and with third-party ones. Mostly applications crash after opening Safari, Camera, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram.
I watched YouTube videos on my iPhone 11 Pro. I paused the video to reply to the message. iMessage worked in less than one minute. When I opened YouTube, the application rebooted and I lost the video that I watched. I noticed the same thing on my iPad Pro. Safari apps and tabs restart much more often than on iOS 12. Very annoying.

The problem cannot be solved in any way. It remains only to wait for the iOS update, in which the bug will be fixed.
