The new generation of the flagship smartphone Huawei Mate 30 will be presented on September 19. This was announced at the press conference by the head of the software company Dr. Wang.
Features of the Mate 30 are still unknown, but some details were still able to find out. So, the smartphone will receive a new Kirin 990 processor – it has not yet been officially presented. Apparently, the chip will debut along with the Mate 30 itself. Specifications are also not disclosed.
Mate 30 will immediately be released with the new shell EMUI 10. The device, unlike the Huawei P30 Pro, will fully support the fresh always-on-screens. According to Dr. Wang, this will be possible thanks to the Kirin 990: it is more energy efficient than the current Kirin 980, which would have shown increased appetite with a constantly on standby display.
