For residents of Australia and New Zealand opened the beta test of the game Harry Potter: Wizards Unite from the studio Niantic. The studio is known for creating games in augmented reality: it began with Ingress, and gained world fame with the release of Pokemon GO. A new game appeared in beta status in Google Play and the App Store of two countries.
The developers warned that the available features, languages, game design – this is not the final type of product. It will change after the developers collect feedback from the first players.

In the story, users become recruits of a special group, which must catch the escaped magical creatures and find objects that from the world of magicians fell into the real world. As in the Pokemon GO, players will have to move a lot to find points of interest.
The official release of the game is to be held in 2019.
