The vice-president of the gaming division of Microsoft, Phil Spencer, paid attention to the announcement of the gaming streaming service Google Stadia, which has already been nicknamed the “console killer. According to some experts, Stadia is in the early stages of development and will not be able to constitute a real competition for game consoles.
Phil Spencer, in turn, sent out a letter to the staff, in which he commented on the announcement of Google Stadia. “Today we saw a really serious competitor who is going to enter the gaming market,” the top manager began his message.
He did not fail to recall that Microsoft has been working on a similar project – Project xCloud – for at least two years. Apparently, at E3 this year, the software corporation will tell much more than is known now.
